Took my money before rendering service

I had been searching for trouble shooting aid with my treadmill. Justanswer said they might discover an answer for $11.00 "if" I received a reasonable solution. The following point I understand, cash is obtained from my consideration after which I get a contact stating somebody has responded my issue. However in order to determine the clear answer I've to accept say any responsibility about the section of Justanswer. Today I am out $11.00 but still do not have a solution.
