Having requested software help and paying for this I have NOT received the answer to my request

Having required aid from Justanswer to get a code issue on my FRESH Toshiba notebook. I had been subsequently advised to place my Charge Card consideration nuber and end-date, that we did to get a cost for this support to become £13.00 (Thirteen Lbs). I then anticipated the clear answer to my issue to be delivered to me, IT NEVER HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY ME BUT I've BEEN CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THIS SERVICE. Additionally, it advised that being an optional extra if this didn't work or i did so not accept this i'd not be charged. Though I obtained A CONTACT to express see your solution in a pronouced outlined block there is NO solution despite hitting this view response stop. I'm really disappointed about that and that I NEED the £13.00 delivered in my experience via my Charge Card compant Nationwide. I've recommended them of the conditions which is just why they've explained to create for you and counsel you of my motives of my potential actionsand to recommend them easily don't have any success with this particular notice. Because of the inactions I've since delivered the stated notebook to my provider which continues to be changed. Had I've obtained this required application I believe this could not have now been required, it has also included me in more exspense obviously Justanswer won't be properly used again byme.
