I did contact Just Answer for a mechanic question on my 95 Lexus ES 300 and was advised that if I did not get an acceptable answer and I did not select accept I would not be charged. I have never selected accept nor did I get and acceptable answer yet when I checked my charge card it was debited for 27.00. And I cannot find a way back to the site to dispute the charge with the site.
