Lost Job Tring to get creit card dpayment down so I can pay it

I have been calling bank of america since 2-27-10. Again on 3-6-10 and again today. I lost my full time job the end of feb, i have been tring to get them to work with me to l;over my payment so i can afford to pay them. I do have part time work but does not pay as much. Ihave not been behind. I can not pay the payment as is and i do want to pay. I was on debt management program, but they will not reduce it for them either. They will not do anything they say because i am on the program, they say they can't reduce payment. I want to pay but they will not work with me because of the debt management program. Debt management took be off program so i can work with bank of america underhardship but they so far have just given me a run around. Meanwhile it is now behind a month. I have 3 other credit cards under debt management those card holders have all worked with me.
