This is a copy of the last email I sent requesting a refund.

I am once again requesting a full refund of $2,500.00. I hired your service to assist me in filing back taxes and was promised by your sales staff that your company would negotiate a lower tax debt and was promised all would be complete before my marriage March. The first time I emailed you in February was the first time anyone in your company produced anythingin my case. Not only after researching my tax troubles did no one find 2003 was also not filed, but when 2007 was completed they were rejected by both state and federal. Since there were no W2 or wage transcripts attached to federal, I then had to get those on my own. NCDOR is much more difficult, as I have to complete a 4506 and a $57.00 fee for each year to receive W2's that report my state withholding or those will also be rejected. Your company will not be able to negotiate a lower tax bill as my debt is slightly under $10,000.00. Your company will not be able to negotiate anything as 2003 was not complete.

I have a young daughter to provide for and do not make a lot of money. I am again asking you to do the right thing as nothing in my contract was completed.
