That is easy... For more than 1 year I've been discouraged and not able to utilize my bank card! Through 10 discussions, modifications of hooks and guarantees nothing has improved. Today I've transferred, and they'll not deliver fresh flag rules to my new address since it isn't the on line authorized address. No body at Citi is qualified to resolve any issue so far as I will notice. The next phase may be the economic ombudsman and so I may attempt to have them censured.
