BP - CiTi
BP/CiTi they send me oil card and i never received or used they don't listen they actually make my credit bad. No trust on this company

I never reseived their credit card and used them, but they want me to pay the expense. All the charges (fillinf oil) happende at the same day. I complained to the company and they did not listen, just want the money. They are a bad company and should be monitored by the credit bureau.
