Reading the other reports about what US Mortgage Assistance has done to others was like reliving my own story.

They promised to save our home, called on a daily basis to reassure me. I did everything they asked, provided all the information needed and then sent them a check. I did not hear from them for months. I went against their advise and called my mortgage holder, who informed me they had never spoke to anyone from US Mortgage Assistance.

After almost a year of phone calls, I was finally told that they were unable to help us, due to no cooperation from the mortgage holder. I was instructed to write a request for my refund. I did this four times. They recieved and cashed my check in November.

I have been lied to by every employee I spoke with from that company. And me and my two children lost our home, while the consumers they have scammed have paid for their homes.
