Mortgage relief group, spent $2200.00 with them got nothing and lost house

Do not use this company mortgage assistance group and with stan alotey.

I spent $2100.00 with this company and got nothing. Was told i had a 100% chance of re doing my loan.

As soon as they got my money they did nothing. I did not hear anything from them about my loan mod and i had to hunt them down. They did not even answer the phone for three weeks (said they were moving).

I tried to get my money back and wanted to meet the owner (stan alotey) and talked only to the manager who promised me they would fix the problems. He said he would do the loan mod for what i paid them so far ($2100.00) but within a week they wanted another $995.00 the continue the loan mod.

Lucky i did not pay them and i took over the conversation with the bank and they told me that mortgage assistance group have only talked to them once about three weeks earlier.

I lost the home and after i lost the home two weeks lator they called me and wanted a payment for what they did. I told them i wanted my money back again and they said i didn`t follow there rules.

I contacted the az attorney general

P s when you do a bbb on there web site it said it had a a rating if you go to the bbb web page it said it had a f rating.
