Failure to provide assistance for mortgage - making my situation worse

Contacted the ASC for mortgage assistance, first I was transferred to various department, then when I got a representative they were rude and very unhelpful. They have taken funds from my checking account when told not to do so and when several request were sent to them asking to stop ACH from my account. After placing my c-account in NSF status they refused to refund the NSF fees.

I have also request help from NACA a home save program, ASC are giving them push-back on providing assistance with my loan. It has been 7 months since contact NACA for assistance and they are continuing getting push back from ASC. ASC has req'd additional information of which I have provided and still no response from them.

With this type of response, when they call. I now tell them to come get their home - take it, I can find another place to live with no hassle or I tell them to wait for the payments when I sent it - you get it when I get it. This is very distrubing to me.
