Ripoff, dishonest, common thieves, the business that doesnt give a dam

My fiance' and I fell behind on our mortgage payments after 4 deaths between our families within a 2 year time span. I got on-line and found this company (us mortgage assistance). We were desperate and they made it sound so good.

They called me back several times and so we decided to give them a chance. I talked with a lady named -Casey at the toll free number ext.#134. I was told to send them our first payment of 552.00, after that I was told to send a final payment in the amount of 237.00 which I did and was told we had nothing to worry about.

I was given a mitigation specialist (Lakita) she was very nice but as the sale date grew closer and I hadn't heard back from Lakita I tried to call her but was given a recording that said they would get back to us, no one ever did.

I finally got through to Lakita again and she told me our best recourse was to file bankruptcy. I then asked her about all our money and she said to write a letter to the refunds dept. And ask for a full refund.
I wrote the letter and made a copy for our records. I did explain that they were unable to assist us due to no fault of ours. I sent our letter on december 17 I received a letter in response to mine saying, "I recently recieved your request for a refund". Your request is under review at this time.

The review takes approximately 30 days.
