Want to canceled

I've named the only real, 24-hour telephone number, to canceled the account. But help is just present Mon Fri 8am-11pm. I still can't get one to assist me. There's no method to contact them, not by internet or telephone. Anything they claimed is incorrect. I've not gotten something and so I wish to ended today.
