Harrassing phone calls saying I owe money

A guy named San Fernandez named my telephone today and mentioned that "my situation" might visit judge today. I've no idea what this person was referring to and he explained that I owed cash and wouldn't say just how much. Their quantity is 727-379-2158 and that I did a slow telephone research which telephone isn't a company and it is a telephone number from Florida. He'd an extremely heavy feature also it was difficult to recognize him. After I questioned him to replicate anything he served really unpleasant, particularly when I questioned him his organization title and which kind of company it was. I'd a telephone concept a couple weeks earlier from the lady called Gem and he or she also had a heavy, large Middle-Eastern feature. There is no telephone number to call-back and that I couldn't actually comprehend the telephone number she quit on my concept. She also quit a telephone number on my buddyis telephone and stated that I have to contact her and repay the cash. I don't owe something.
