Refuse Refund for canceled service

I "gained" a certification for $300 for providers. They named and questioned me in the future set for a "free" discussion. I had been compelled into improved providers and billed $2700 in advance for 5 appointments beginning on April 11th. I named on March 31st to stop. I had been advised I'd in the future in and signal the termination type and there will be a 10% cancellation charge. I informed supervisor couldn't are available in therefore supervisor stated she'd send the types in my experience because of HIPPA. Never did, after I named she stated she might get it done within the telephone. I quit my CreditCardNumber together with her. No reaction to get a week then mail saying she "published it down incorrect" and also to contact her. After I named there is no solution. I named my CREDIT and ideally they'll obtain the $ back for me personally. Do not go there. METHOD over-priced with no instruction per somebody that questioned there.
