Charges to my checking account

I've obtained two costs to my bank account within the quantity of $35 for something which used to donot actually purchase. I named them to obtain the problem solved and that I am being subjected to all kinds of problems. They stated that the very first $35 charge I will have it back without any issue (plus they have no idea just how long it'll be) however for the 2nd cost, I've to today enter connection with their fund division via fax plus they need to do a study to ensure that I will get my money-back... I believe that's absurd! I'm being subjected to each one of these problems for something which used to do not really purchase. I've never actually heard about the corporation before-until I noticed both costs on my bank statement.
