Consumer fraud ripoff

I, too, contacted US Mortgage Assistance for help with my mortgage. I also was told they could do everything they advertised they could do. I started with them in September and by February had gotten nothing from them. I was then given a sale date for my home, again, they did nothing.

I ultimately had to file bankruptcy and pay all the fees associated with such. I dealt with Lakita all of that time also (when i could get a return phone call).

The company indicated that they would refund my money back in March. I also, had to deal with Sylvia Watts, until i was ultimately told that she no longer worked there. I called repeatedly regarding my refund and was given no answer or received no return phone call ever.

In the past week I tried contacting the company once again. I called at 9:00 A.M. And was told "Tammy" (the new person in the refund department) would return my call that day. I had no return call by 2:00 P.M. And called again. At that point their phone numbers had all been disconnected.

If anyone has any information on this company, I would appreciated the help.
