Money taken for recievers

I'd directv for around three years and my agreement had satisfied. First they tryed to inform me that i nevertheless was under agreement after I obviously wasnt after I tryed to stop my support. After I eventually got the consideration ended they stated that i should return the recievers within the containers they supplied. Easy enough i thought. To begin with these were request to provide the containers to my new handle and undoubtedly didnt. I myself needed to find the return containers to deliver back the recievers. I named and notifyed directv the containers were being shiped following a large trouble of returning them-and they debited my accout 330.00 for that recievers ne way. Lastly apon arrival of my recievers they explained it might occupy to 6-8 months to obtain my money returned. I went thru the procedure of talkin to some supervisor and requested a fast return and was informed it'd get 10 times. I've named them 6 times today and talked having a supervisor each time plus they all guaranteed me it'd be 10 days... Well sorry but four weeks isn't 10 days! I'm starting week 5 but still no reimbursement! These folks at directv only waste ur period consider ur cash and inform u lies to obtain u to depart them alone! I actually had two supervisors hang-up on me! Individuals avoid this satilite organization! They'll find someway to obtain u!
