Unauthorized Debit

Just found out that Direct TV took $660.29 from my checking account WITHOUT any authorization or notification to me! I had cancelled my service with them several months ago and finally got the return package and instructions and returned both recievers to them several days before this. I got onto the Direct TV website and looked up my acct. And it just says "write-off recievers $660.29" under recent activity. I returned their receivers! I will never do business with Direct TV again! And if that money is not returned to my acct. Tomorrow I will call a lawyer! Oh yeah, when I called them they claimed their system was updating and they could not get into my acct. To deal with the issue until tomorrow.
