Rude, Lies, Do not keep proper notes on phone conversations, TOTAL lack of communication in the company

Spoke with company representative. Was told I would receive Terms and Agreement VIA Email because I was being deployed to Iraq. Did not receive emails, when I questioned what happened representative apologized and would send out an email immediately.
Following day I still had not received an email so I called again. This time I spoke with his manager. With the total lack of communication within the company the manager had no idea what I was talking about.
The original representative said that they would refund me the fees of the bounced checks that had incurred because they pulled out money with out me knowing the amount that was to be pulled out. Of course the manager didn't know anything about that either then began calling me a liar. He also wanted me to provide tapes of the conversation. Really? I am in Iraq how can the really expect me to have a phone with recording capabilities?
When the manager asked the original representative about the conversation that took place on 1Sep09, he said he had no idea what I was talking about. Now when I call to talk to original representative I am automatically transfered to the very rude and condescending manager.
