AssetCare outrageously RUDE telemarketing call, harrassing reps & "manager"

I received a phone call around 1pm on 5/24/07, I didn't recognize the # so I didn't answer, there was no message so I called back, a representative answered and told me the name of the company is Assetcare, I asked why they called me and she asked for my # and said they were calling for my fiance, I asked what the call was about and she was rude and had a nasty attitude and said it was a personal business call and she said she couldn't discuss it with me, so I then told her that she called my #, not my fiances, and she replied "well you just said you are his fiance, are you or not, wich is it?"

I was so surprised with her tone and her response that I asked her to remove my # from the calling list and she yelled at me & continued to harrass me, I told her to put the supervisor on the phone & she said "no"! I yelled back at this point telling her I hoped the call was being recorded so she would get fired for treating me this way, & I also told her I was going to contact the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, & The Attorney General & report her personally & the company she represents. She continued yelling over me and eventually hung up on me.

So, I called back, I asked another representative to put the manager on the phone, & she asked why, & if she could help me with anything, I said I need to speak to the manager immediately, she also told me no, with a nasty attitude, and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back a third time, asked (nicely) for the supervisor, & was then placed on hold for exactly 19 miutes & 3 seconds,

When the "manager" got on the line I said "wow, you must be really busy to keep me on hold for 20 minutes" I began to explain what the other rude reps did & said, she spoke over me, & asked for my phone #, I gave it to her, she said "we will take it off the list" & Hung up on me!!! I am going to call the FTC, BBB, & Attorney General's office, & I want to make it known that this company is a joke!!!
