Hello, I Have been receiving expenses for long-distance service from Primus when I never actually registered due to their support.

After I got the very first statement, I called them immediately and stated that I'd never registered together. Their reaction, "Yes, you did." After additional "No I didn'ts and Indeed you dids" I believed to provide me evidence that I'd actually registered together. He explained that I'd decided on the telephone, therefore I questioned him to locate this type of saving because they report all such phone dealings and informed him I Would wait.

Following A short while he returned and said that there is no saving after which he explained, "Therefore would you like to stop the support?" I mentioned, "No I actually donot wish to "STOP" the support since I never registered within the first place. Therefore he finishes down by informing me they'll certainly be delivering me a final declaration of what I owe.

Iam confident what occurred is the fact that among their telephone solicitation people merely chose to sign me-up despite I'd mentioned NO just-so he might acquire a fee. But, despite no saving of my contract to sign up together, they are still requiring that I did so register.
