Dish Network
Bad customer service for Military members

I'm within the Usa Airforce and that I am positioned at Holloman AFB. I chose to get Dish Network in June. After I first registered with Dish Community they stated they'd stop my consideration and that I might return the recipient after I seperated in the army in December with seperation purchases. I named nowadays to stop my bill with Dish Community nowadays plus they stated I really could not stop it without me spending a termination charge of $297. I questioned why after I first registered they'd assured me that I'd not need to pay for a charge since I'm within the military plus they stated they might not stop it with no charge since I'm not shifting away from nation. I expected to get a supervisor to keep in touch with plus they set me about the telephone having a man called Stephen who stated he was a boss. I again requested exactly the same concerns and reported to him by what had occurred. He explained he recognized the military and also the seperation purchases wouldn't work with me. I subsequently questioned him "oh-so you had been within the Military?" he explained yes and that I questioned him "Oh where were you positioned and what department of support were you in?" He put the telephone on me! I couldn't think it. What made me truly angry is he was appearing like a expert! You can tell since he didn't have any solutions to my concerns. I really could not think their customer support.in the place of exercising problems they simply suspend the telephone on me. I called back but still got nothing solved. I've chose to stop the support and spend the $297. I'll not have Dish Network again. I'll switch-over to Direct TV after I obtain a new home. For everyone please don't opt for Dish Network and particularly all military people don't opt for Dish Network. I've never had a person support representative hang-up on me and also have never had more horrible support than Dish Network and possibly never can. Personally I think that Dish Network is anti-customer support and anti army.
