Cancel Fees after over 1 year service

After having Vonage for more than 1 year I chose to stop 01/13, after being placed on store 3 times and provided the run around then an offer to remain with Vonage for 19.99 monthly I declined and insisted they stop the support. The repetition was extremely rude and explained I'd need to spend 44.47 in stop costs, I questioned her if she's okay, she clearly was deluded. I had been a Vonage client for more than 1 year therefore stop costs didn't utilize, per the agreement after I registered in after shouting at me to see my agreement; I extended to demand I'd a 1yr no-fee termination agreement.

They ultimately ended the service after more than 20 units of requiring they stop,

I'd NEVER RETURN TO VONAGE OR SUGGEST VONAGE PHONE SUPPORT to anybody and certainly will inform everybody I fulfill buying telephone support, my buddies who registered on my suggestion can also be departing, distribute the term the VONAGE PHONE SUPPORT is just a large fraud and certainly will no respect their contracts. Our lender may cope with fools like Vonage as well as their deceptive billing methods.

I called back to protest and nothing was completed my consideration was instantly charged the stop costs. Allow them combat with my lender over this unauthorized payment.
