Verizon officially sucks.initially requested a pack bundle and captured on my statement they didn't actually pack my solutions. Today, it's a 2-3 month watch for the "pack demand" togo through... This will have already been included right from the start. THATS HOW I REQUESTED THE PROVIDERS!!! Obviously, I actually have invested AT-LEAST one hour 5 about the telephone with verizon every time that I Have needed to contact them. You receive moved around in one repetition to a different and at the conclusion... Nothing was achieve or fixed. They not have a boss available. Once they are designed to contact you back... They do not. Sport packages, safety packages, additional modems... All charged in my experience after I particularly detailed used to do not need this issues. Worse worse worse definitely worse experience ever. A great deal to come up with, but have only had them for just two weeks and also have had 5 discrepencies with this particular organization. EXPENSIVE: Time Warner Cable, PLEASE PROVIDE SERVICES IN NORFOLK, VA ASAP! WE WILL GLADLY OFFER YOU OUR MONEY.

We simply shifted to Virginia from Texas. If you're able to prevent Verizonis residential providers in Norfolk region. Please do. Save your self the frustration and hours about the telephone fighting with customer support.
