I'll never, actually purchase another certification or product from Groupon

These men were therefore great at first, however they've evidently gotten too large and do not worry about customer support. Understand this: On April 23rd I bought some three tanktops that seemed great. I began calling Team on May 5th to tell them I'dnot obtained them however. "OH MY!" said Groupon!"Listed Here Is $5 since youare unhappy, but you'll receive it anyday today!" And So I approached them again on May 18th plus they stated, "Fortunate you! Your purchase has delivered!" then when I'dnot obtained them per week later, I named their 1-800 number and was informed, "Gee! We are SO sorry! Should younot have them by this Friday, provide us a phone and we will return your cash!" Today is Friday. I named them again-this day, and also the man I spoke to stated he'd I would like to keep in touch with his boss but he was from his table. He never named me so I named them again, spoken to some useless individual called Chrisa who stated (understand this), thereis no boss, thereis no telephone number at Groupon Headquarters, and that Iam just plain from fortune. They wont return my cash since ALLEGEDLY the things are "on the method", and he or she actually stated if they offered me a reimbursement and also the purchase turned up AND THAT I DID NOT RETURN it-they'd be out 2 times their expense. I've requested possibly 30 various products from Groupon, but no further. They've demonstrated to me they CAn't be thought and they aren't there to safeguard the customer. It is a cash factor. I'll never, actually purchase another certification or product from Groupon.
