I requested ~$400.00 in gadgets from Small People on December 12. A few of the products were outlined as "Sold-Out, due in quickly." I paid extra for just two-time delivery, comprehending that a few of the products couldn't be delivered immediately.

Just one product came 2 nights later by specific delivery. About the 19th, I tested in on the site and unearthed that the things which were "Due in quickly" today had particular times outlined for once they might get to the factory. Many times were in middle-January one was in April none were in December. I came across a link on the site to see my purchase and unearthed that other activities had simply delivered, although not from the 2nd-evening atmosphere I'd taken care of. I also found, to my shock, this 1 product have been terminated. I'd never acquired a contact concerning the terminated product. I named the organization and three times in AROW, after keeping for fifteen minutes, I had been aimed to some message program.

I called the organization again today (12/23/09) to ask about a product which was outlined as-shipped about the 18th but hadn't yet appeared. I had been ready to achieve a consultant. I said that I'd taken care of 2 Day delivery and also the consultant stated "No, you didn't." so when I contended that I'd settled the additional cash after I put the purchase which it was outlined on my purchase type, she stated "What Is your stage?" after which hungup on me.
