Palisades Collections
False collection item on my report for 97 dollars from "ATT"

My wife and I are trying to get a mortgage loan for our first home. My report comes back with this mysterious 97 dollar collection item from Palisades that only says, "ATT." I've never had an account with AT&T and have no idea what this is. Trying to get info from these people is impossible.

I was referred to four different phone numbers and finally when they admitted to being Palisades, they wanted an account number that I didn't have. They asked for my SSN, and I refused until I knew more about who they were. At that point I was stone-walled. Their service reps are rude and impatient. It's obvious these people are crooks. Something needs to be done. I'll be calling the GA attorney general's office today!
