Statements arrive 17 days after due date and payment rose from $425 to $750-$825

I've been trying to deal with these people for over a year now. Every month my statement doesn't come until 17 days after it is due. I have to pay late fees and fees to pay by phone. A man came here to see if the house is still here, and we were told we would be charged a fee for him coming. I called the company and told them I was not paying for such nonsense.

My payments used to be 425.00 a month and now I'm paying 750.00 to 825.00 a month. They call every time I turn around. I have tried talking to these people and get a different answer each time. I have been called a liar and talked to rudely. They tried to bill me for my taxes, which I pay myself. My balance never seems to go down any. Something needs to be done about this company.
