AT&T Rip off I am currently being ripped off by the company. Credit report says I owe $288 to AT&T and have no idea where this account came from

My credit report currently shows a collection account of $288 from Palisades Collection. I have know clue where this account came from and why it is in collections. I have disputed the item several times and have gotten no help or info. There is no contact info on the credit report and I refuse to send a payment for something I know nothing about. This company should be watched and reported they are ripping people off. Companies like this should be put out of business.
