Palisades Collection: they are trying to collect on a supposed unpaid phone bill. I contacted the phone company and verified that the matter is resolved. Phone company said they have no idea how Palisades got my information nor do they have any idea of how to get in touch with them. Palisades give no phone number or contact info on any kind.
