Ripoff reporting false charges to my credit report with a company I don't owe to

Just a week ago my credit report was perfect. I went into the bank today who informed me that just within the last couple of days a company by the name of Palisades Collections was putting a negative charge on my credit report and stating that I owed $520 to ATT Wireless. When I went online to find a contact number for Palisades Collections all I found was reports from victims who have also had false charges from Palisades Collections on their credit reports. I need to know if anyone has actually been able to resolve their issue with this company. If so, how did you do it? I need this corrected ASAP.
