Palisades Collection agency in New Jersey is horrible. They are reporting a bogus balance from ATT and I have been trying to clear this matter up for months. Someone from Palisades told me 2 months ago that they would send this account back to AT&T to take care of and I (stupidly) thinking they were being truthful and contacted AT&T and they said there wasn't even a balance in my name! The people at Palisades are so rude and won't even submit any copies of what they are reporting! Don't these people have to account for anything!?
