Paid-Off Pool Loan Still Brought a $25 Late Fee

I financed a pool through Citifinancial with a $25/month payment. I paid it in full after the 4th month.

I received a $25 late fee for a 93 cent finance charge to the date of payoff.

I called the company no less than 8 times. I was transferred to thin air or reached extremely rude customer service. The account is now up to $280.00. The fax number does not work. They call my house every day.
