I began my refinance at the start of Dec. Citi charged my Charge Card on 12/16 for $480.00 to lock prices following a pre-acceptance. We keep obtaining the run around each time our record would go to underwriting with not having the ability to shut simply because they must have somebody examine anything or another thing wants mounted or they require various other Doc! Quite simply I've great credit however they keep slowing for additional time! They've created me feel just like I reside in a dump and also have destroyed the Holiday Season and below we're handed Valentines Day and that I still don't have any solutions... Nonetheless they have my cash! They're creating people repair items that were good whenever we purchased the home 6 years back. Occasionally we've eliminated months with out emails responded or any telephone calls as well as in the mean occasions I've invested hundreds about the home attempting to please them-and it's all for nothing.
