Refinance Declined but Credit Card Charged Without Authorization

Following much tribulation, documents, more documents and then more documents, Citi Mortgage declined my application for a refinance, and I am a current Citi Mortgage customer.

However, it did not stop them from charging my credit card without my authorization, and they are now refusing to refund it.

Unless I am refunded the money, I will short pay my final mortgage payment and let them come after me. Good luck with that!
