Fees charged for no reason

Mortgage with Citi for ten years. Bank of America delivered 3 car mortgage repayments in mistake, and Citi stated they might not change the two overpayments. They did, subsequently billed me $30 for NSF, and declined to renounce the $30 "centered on my cost record", that has been car debited about the 1st of the month, and not delayed.
