Late billing/mailing issues

We've been American Express consumers for a long time to be able to access our auto insurance through Costco. A few years back American Show started a strategy to promote consumers to pay for bills electronically. We favored to prevent this cost choice and realized that despite being compensated nicely in advence of the deadline, we were informed the payements were coming late. Customer support brokers at AMEX informed us it'd be more straightforward to spend online and steer clear of this issue that they related to the postoffice. We decided to not do that but rather began spending by telephone. Last month our statement wasn't actually obtained until 13 times following the deadline. The covers are prepaid therefore there's no report of the postmark so that as typical customer support brokers are accusing the postoffice for that setbacks and stimulating people to pay for online to prevent these problems. We've never had an issue with some of our additional email! We named our regional postoffice (that has fielded related grievances from different American Express clients, a number of whom needed to purchase concern shipping to prevent overdue fines) plus they refuse the thing is at their finish but sadly they've no method to monitor the incoming statement with no postmark.

We've talked to additional Costco people who've had the same issue but many of them got fed up with battling late charges and changed towards the online payment program. We also talked having a Costco worker who had been acquainted with this issue from other individuals who had similar activities. She informed us to complete a criticism about AMEX and inspired others to complete exactly the same... So if it has occurred for you please let Costco notice about this and maybe they'll fall this charge card organization in support of a business that's more moral.
