Unfair overdraft fees! They take the money out of the account, then put it back in!

Is anyone aware of a class action lawsuit against BOA? I will be happy to join.

If not, I am going to contact a lawyer, and file one. This is ridiculous. They are scamming the people who can afford it the least, and getting away with it, to the tune of millions!

They take the charges of out your account, and then, if they don't have the slip from the store/business in 3 days, they put the money BACK in the account, resulting in innocent overdraft fees. You always think you have more money than you do, and overspend. What is the point of going paperless, if it is not accurate? You must keep all those little slips of paper, and compare it with your account online, or they will GET you.

This has got to be highly illegal! I don't know about everyone else, but I can't afford 2 or 3 or 4 OD fees every month! I am on disability, and live month to month. My savings are long gone, and this month, again, I am in debt. I am sick and tired of it, and I am going to do something about it!!!

Please write in if you know of any class action suits I can join, or if you would like to join ME in filing one!
