US Bank
Ripoff Consumer usury, excessive overdraft and "continuous" overdraft fees. Stolen over $500 in fees in the last year and seeks an additional $480 in fees!

Business & Finance

I won't go into my whole ordeal but I will say that US Bank has stolen over $500 in fees in the last year and seeks an additional $480 in fees, mostly resulting from a "continuous" overdraft fee that is assessed to your account daily as long as your account is overdrawn. On a debt that was not more than $100, including the first "regular" overdraft fees at $32 each they are seeking $480 from me.

I think it is time that US Bank faces a class action lawsuit so they will stop abusing consumers. I have registered my case at BigClassAction.com—I urge you to do the same so they get the message that they can't get away with treating people like this.
