Citi purchased my mortgage 3 years ago. Since that time I've had ZERO customer support. No body is actually open to keep in touch with you if you want anything, telephone lines and fax lines don't function, no body actually has any info... And this is actually the kicker: The adjustments and/or difficulty assistance plan is just a farce: THERE'S NO HELP FOR HOMEOWNERS IN DISASTER! I've possessed this house for 8 years or more until a poor company expense 3 years ago, I've had outstanding credit. Since I'm a difficulty scenario (LIKE A LOT OF ARE!) ty WOn't assist or alter. Silly me thought bailout cash from OUR TAX POUNDS was suppose to assist YES, RIGHT! Citi can be a huge ripoff
