Overdraft Fees Charged After Transfer Did Not Show in Balance

So I'm not the only one that is being charged all these overdraft fees for apparently "pending transactions". My biggest problem was when I had in my account about $1040 and 2 check posted through the night totaling only about $350 and somehow the balance went down to $500 instead of $700 something that should have been there. Here's the kicker the last transfer I had made the night before which gave it the balance of $1040 it didn't show but I NOW DAM well it was made. I went to B of A and of course it didn't show but I know for a fact there was about $1040 or so in there.

I was told that when a transaction posts and the money is not there you get a overdraft fee, but when the transaction was actually made the money was there, so that's where they get you!
