Overdraft Fees

On Monday June 15th I went into my local bank of America branch o make a transfer. A few hours prior I checked my account online and noted my available balance.

I had an available balance of 355.97 that includes 5 pending changes of 34.97
I told the teller made a transfer the funds except a dollar from that account to another account.

Today I checked my account and I was charged 5 overdraft fees.

When looking at the online transactions today all the charges that were pending charges were now overdraft charges.

The transfer that was made was all the money not including the pending charges.

Can this be done?

My available balance was 355.97.
Thats what should have been transfered but how can they disregard the pending transactions
