Broken Promise, Ripping off single mom fraudulent rip-off business

On Dec. 16, Luca financial deducted $249 from my checking account in return for an interest free credit card with a $2500 limit.

A few months before, I had signed up with another credit card company who deducted the same amount and still no credit card. The prior company offered a pre-paid credit card that would send in a good report every month to the credit bureau.

Anyway! I have recieved a benefit package from luca with discount travel plans... And still no credit card. They said it would take 7-10 business days. I am willing to participate in action against this company in anyway possible.
