Rip-off consumer fraud Maine "Internet"

Hi was looking in the mail for this so called credit card and didn't receive one so I went to my statement to find the name of the company and thats all I have. It's been about one month since they took out the money from my account and have not received anything as of yet, thats when I went online and found this I hope I can get my money back. The amount was $249.00 and they said they had to have it right away please can you help me.
