Ripped me off for $249.00 with a promise of a credit card with a limit of $2000.00 fraudulent ripoff business

One day my wife gets a call, and its Luca Financial wanting to talk to me. They were so persistant, my wife gave them my work phone number. They called me several times at work offering me a credit card with a limit of $2000.00. All I had to do was to give them $249.00.

I fell for the scam. They promissed me a credit card within 21 days. Here it is over a month and nothing. They don't even call me anymore. They will not return my calls.

I could live with out the $249.00, but why should I. When I get done with them, they will spend more than $249.00
