TS Card Benefits
Rip-off debited $249 promising credit card for $2000 & a $7500.00 card for their catalog

Business & Finance

They promised I would receive a Master Card with a credit limit o $2000.00, a credit card for use with their catalog with a credit limit of $7500.00, and a $300.00 gift card to be used as payment or to purchase anything from their catalog.

This was all for a deposit of $249.00. This was debited from my account 2 weeks earlier than they had said it would be. So it cost me bank charges and daily overdraft fees, so my total deposit was for $310.00. But I thought that with the gift card, I would just deal with these charges.

I've called NUMEROUS times, very difficult to get through. Each time a different Customer Service Rep had promised that my package was in process. The last call I made was on 1/23/03 and I was informed at that time that my package HAD indeed been sent and that I should call back on Friday if I hadn't received it. I called back on Friday and got a message that I was calling "outside normal business hours". Which, I was NOT. This message is all I get whenever I call either number I've gotten for this lame company.

On my last contact, I mentioned that I was going to DEMAND a refund IMMEDIATELY be made to my checking account if no product was received. But, of course, I cannot get through on the phone now. My next step is to send a Certified, Registered letter making this demand. I will notify you of the results I get with this letter.

At this point ALL I want is my money back. I cannot believe I've fallen for this scam! I'm a single parent with VERY limited funds and I cannot afford to throw my money away!
