$15 Pay-by-Phone Fee Plus $40 Late Fee After System Glitch

Beware of the automatic payment system by phone. First you are charged $15 to use it. When I tried to make my payment on the due date, the system kept messing up, saying I was putting in an invalid entry when I wasn't even entering anything. Funny, huh?
On top of that, because the system wouldn't take my payment on the due date by phone on a Sunday, I had to wait until Monday morning and got an extra $40 late fee. Seems like a scam to me. Beware, and pass the word that Citifinancial is the worst!
