Rip-off liars, selling credit card that's non exsistent kansas city

We were called on the phone and offered a Credit Card with a 2-4 thousand dollar limit for 249.00. They called back severel months in a row. I explained we live week to week and that was a lot of money to us.

Roul said as soon as the "package" arrived I would be able to use the temp card to put the money back in my account then gave me a temp pin #. The were to take the money on Sept. 13 as i explained direct depo. Was thursday nights. 2 weeks go by no deduction i called got put off and then got involved in life.

Three weeks later they hit, on a tuesday and there was no money but they still caused 130.00 in check charges before the bank reversed that transation. On Nov. 5 they hit again, were paid and caused another 120.00 when other checks bounced. I called still no package they resent.

Finaly it arrived, no credit card just a box of crap that i dont need. So i called again, sign and date the form for a secured credit card youll have it by thanksgiving. Nope. Called again no its not secured send no money just sign date and youll have the card by christmas.

Nope called again now they are telling me the box of crap is what i paid 249.00 for when i argued and said i was told it was to cover the first year service charges and no interest for a year on my 2000.00 limit CREDIT CARD the woman said i was getting the card they were just way behind at the Activation Center in Kahanawake, Qc JOL 1BO P.O. Box 990.

Then i found this web site. If anyone is starting a class action lawsuit of any kind please let me know. Im more than willing to get involved in this.
