Ripoff Fraudulent Credit Card Offe

On 12/30/04 I received a call from Centurion Financial offering me a credit card with a $2000.00 credit limit, 4.9%apr, and no interest charges for 6 months.

I was skeptical and ask the representative questions like, this is not one of those I have to put my own money in is it. This is not a catalog card or secured card, or a money card is it. This is a regular credit card that I can use anywhere.

These questions I repeated six times and was told by their representative that this was a regular credit card with a one time processing fee of $249.00 which was drafted out of my checking account on 1/7/04. I was told my card would arrive in seven to ten days.

I have called several times since, and had to keep using redial to finally get through. Every time I got through, I was told that it has been sent, and you should be receiving it soon.

2/25/05 I finally received my package and found out that this is not a credit card, but a money card. I have to fill out a form, send them another $39.95, and wait another three weeks to receive a card that I have to put my own money into. I called customer service the same day I received this package, and being outraged, was hung up on three times, and told that there is a no refund policy, (which i Was never told).

All I want is my $249.00 dollars back, which I am going to fight for. Companys like this need to go down.
