Wrongful Stop Payment Fee and Account Never Closed

I have been with Bank of America for about 8 years and have more problems then anything else, especially recently, I put a stop payment check on check # 1 for 29 dollars well now a year later I get a call from a lawyer saying I owe them 160 dollars for a stop payment on check # 2. I never put a stop payment on that check turns out BOA put stop payment on check #2 for the amount of check # 1 and since they won't admit they were at fault I owe 160 bucks for a 10 dollar check, and that not all, I get a statement saying i owe them money on an account I closed 6 months ago. Well turns out they never marked it as closed even tho they told me it was closed, and then I see I owe and overdraft fee but I never went over so they did end up paying me back for that but I am done with them. They obviously don't know how to add and typ Numbers into a computer so I am done before I lose all my money to them dumb asses. I would never ever ever recommend Bank of America to anyone that like to keep there hard earned money.
